Terms of Service

By using ServeHub you agree to the terms outlined below. We wrote them in plain language to keep things simple.

1. Using ServeHub

You must provide accurate account information and ensure your login credentials remain confidential. You’re responsible for the actions of any user you invite to your workspace. ServeHub may only be used for lawful business purposes.

2. Subscription & payment

ServeHub is billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrading plans takes effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

3. Free plan

ServeHub offers a free plan at no cost. While on the free plan:

  • ServeHub branding. Public-facing pages we generate for you — including your AI website, public invoices, estimates, and contracts — display ServeHub branding and a “Made with ServeHub” badge. You agree not to remove, hide, or obscure this branding while on the free plan. Upgrading to a paid plan removes ServeHub branding and unlocks custom branding with your own logo.
  • Provided as-is, no SLA. The free plan is provided “as is” and may include usage or feature limits, which we may change, meter, or discontinue at any time. The uptime commitment and any service-level guarantees in Section 4 apply to paid plans only — free accounts are not covered by an SLA or priority support.
  • Data & inactivity. You retain ownership of your data on the free plan. We may use aggregated, de-identified activity to operate, secure, and improve ServeHub. Free accounts that stay inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be suspended or removed after notice to the account admin; you can export your data before any such removal.

4. Service availability

We maintain >99.9% uptime. From time to time we may perform planned maintenance; we’ll notify admins in advance. In the unlikely event of a major incident, you can track status at status.ServeHub.app.

5. Intellectual property

ServeHub owns the platform, including software, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of the data you submit. We use anonymized analytics to improve the product and may feature your business logo in customer showcases with permission.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. ServeHub may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or fall delinquent on payment. Upon termination we’ll provide a final export of your data upon request.

7. Liability

ServeHub is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Updates

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll notify admins of changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
