Plans & Billing

Available Plans

ServeHub offers three plans — Free, Plus, and Pro. Every plan includes unlimited customers, unlimited team members, and unlimited estimates, invoices, and contracts. You only pay to unlock your own branding, automation, and growth tools.

Free ($0): Everything to run jobs and get paid — estimates, contracts, e-signatures, scheduling, the job board, invoicing, one-tap card payments, and the estimate widget, with unlimited team members. ServeHub-branded.

Plus ($20/month): Everything in Free, plus your own logo and branding (removes “Powered by ServeHub”), SMS reminders and notifications, and AI tools — the AI phone assistant and AI invoice/contract generation.

Pro ($55/month): Everything in Plus, plus the AI website builder and reusable service templates.

What Is Included in Each Tier

Here is a summary of the key features and limits for each plan.

Customers & documents: All plans include unlimited customers, estimates, invoices, and contracts — there are no document limits on any tier.

Team members: All plans include unlimited team members with role-based access. There are no per-seat fees.

Branding & automation: Your own branding, SMS reminders, and AI tools (the AI phone assistant and AI invoice/contract generation) are on Plus and Pro.

Growth tools: The AI website builder and reusable service templates are on Pro. The estimate widget is available on every plan, including Free.

Payments: Stripe Connect for one-tap card payments is available on all plans.

Tip: Start with the Free plan to explore ServeHub. You can upgrade at any time as your business needs grow, and your data carries over seamlessly.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

  1. Open the sidebar and click your business name, then select Plans & Billing.
  2. Review the available plans and click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.
  3. Confirm the change. For upgrades, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Prorated billing: When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. No double-charging.

Downgrade timing: When downgrading, you keep your current plan features until the end of the billing period. The lower plan starts on the next cycle.

Feature access: Your data is always preserved when you downgrade. Paid features — your branding, SMS, AI tools, and website — simply turn off at the end of the billing period.

Managing Your Subscription & Billing Portal

Manage your payment method, view invoices, and update billing details from the billing portal.

  1. Go to Plans & Billing from the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
  3. From the billing portal you can update your credit card, view past invoices, and download receipts.

Payment method: Update your credit card or switch payment methods at any time through the billing portal.

Billing history: All past charges and receipts are available for download. Useful for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

Cancel subscription: You can cancel your paid plan from the billing portal. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.

Tip: Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions. ServeHub will notify you before any charge fails.
