Free ($0): Everything to run jobs and get paid — estimates, contracts, e-signatures, scheduling, the job board, invoicing, one-tap card payments, and the estimate widget, with unlimited team members. It also includes a real website: build it, generate it with AI, and publish it live at no cost. Free includes one AI build of that site — after it lands you can edit every word, photo, service and price as often as you like, and publishing and re-publishing are always free. Paid plans get 20 new AI designs a day. Your free site is served at its servehub.co address, carries a “Powered by ServeHub” badge, and is not submitted to search engines.

Plus ($20/month): Everything in Free, and your website moves onto your own custom domain (yourbusiness.com, with free SSL) with the “Powered by ServeHub” badge removed from it and from the pages your customers see (payment, booking, and signing pages). Your site also becomes search-indexed. Plus adds your own logo and branding, SMS reminders and notifications, and AI tools — the AI phone assistant and AI invoice/contract generation.

Pro ($55/month): Everything in Plus, plus the growth tools that win jobs — multi-page local SEO (a page for every service and every service × city), the conversational AI website editor, and reusable service templates.

Customers & documents: All plans include unlimited customers, estimates, invoices, and contracts — there are no document limits on any tier.

Team members: All plans include unlimited team members with role-based access. There are no per-seat fees.

Branding & automation: Your own branding, SMS reminders, and AI tools (the AI phone assistant and AI invoice/contract generation) are on Plus and Pro.

Website: Every plan — including Free — can build, AI-generate, and publish a website. Publishing is free. What Free is limited on is iteration: one AI build, then unlimited hand editing. What starts at Plus is connecting your own custom domain, removing the “Powered by ServeHub” badge, having your site indexed by search engines, and 20 new AI designs a day. Multi-page local SEO and the AI website editor are on Pro.

Before you generate: your site is written from your account, so ServeHub asks for three things first — your trade, at least two services with prices, and your business address (which becomes your service area). The website builder shows these as a short checklist with a link to each one. They are what put a real pricing section and real local copy on the page instead of generic filler, which matters most on Free, where the AI build is the one you get.

Growth tools: Reusable service templates are on Pro. The estimate widget is available on every plan, including Free.

Payments: Stripe Connect for one-tap card payments is available on all plans.

Prorated billing: When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. No double-charging.

Downgrade timing: When downgrading, you keep your current plan features until the end of the billing period. The lower plan starts on the next cycle.

Feature access: Your data is always preserved when you downgrade. Paid features — your branding, SMS, AI tools, your custom domain and the badge removal — simply turn off at the end of the billing period. Your website stays published either way; on Free it goes back to its servehub.co address with the “Powered by ServeHub” badge.

Payment method: Update your credit card or switch payment methods at any time through the billing portal.

Billing history: All past charges and receipts are available for download. Useful for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

Cancel subscription: You can cancel your paid plan from the billing portal. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.
