Implementation

Implementation Checklist

Use this to launch ServeHub across sales, field, and finance — set up in days, not weeks.

How long does it take to implement ServeHub?

One week, and roughly an hour of actual work. Day zero is configuration — profile, services, taxes, Stripe, team. Days one to three you build and send a real estimate and walk the signature flow yourself. Days four to seven you run one job end to end, invoice it, and take the payment.

There is no data migration step, because there is nothing to migrate into: ServeHub has no customer CSV import and no CRM connector. Existing customers get added as you quote them.

Day 0

Configure

  • Set your business profile (name, address, logo, time zone, currency).
  • Add the services and products you sell, with a price for each, plus the tax rates you charge.
  • Connect Stripe so you can take card payments on invoices.
  • Invite teammates and assign access (Business admin or Employee).
  • Create contract and invoice templates with the placeholders you need.
Day 1–3

Build sales motion

  • Build a section-based estimate from your service items and check the totals and taxes.
  • Add a few real customers with email and phone details.
  • Send a test estimate to yourself and walk the signature flow the way a customer sees it.
  • Switch on estimate follow-ups so unsigned quotes get chased automatically.
Day 4–7

Pilot job

  • Turn the accepted estimate into a job and confirm the items carried over.
  • Assign users, schedule the dates, and add crew notes and photos.
  • Generate a deposit or final invoice and send it by email or SMS.
  • Take a card payment and confirm it settles into your Stripe account.
Ongoing

Keep it running

  • Watch the pipeline for unsigned estimates and unpaid invoices.
  • Record expenses and receipts against jobs, and log crew time.
  • Let the automatic reminders and review requests run; they stop themselves once the customer acts.
